It started few years ago when I was unable to find a good property management company for my property. By then, I had had a few rough experiences with property managers. So I started managing my property myself.
I was a qualified Mechanical Engineer working as a Project Manager in a reputable global oil & gas company. Managing a property was not difficult work. In fact, I soon began liking it. It wasn’t the technicality of the job that drew me in; it was people engagement that got me hooked!
Eventually I was forced into redundancy from my engineering work due to economic conditions. I felt the need for a change in my career after 17 years in the engineering industry. It was time to seek new challenges and learn new things. So with some experience, I chose an entirely different field and transitioned full-time to property management.
My focus is exclusively on property management in this new venture. I believe the main reason for poor customer service in the industry today is because real estate agents are too focused on sales.
The best part is, I have grown my property management business organically at Orange Maple. I have developed all business procedures myself, forming them to provide a high level of service. A level I believe every client deserves. My intention is to have complete control over everything we offer as a service. By adding to my portfolio one property at a time, I can make sure that everything is set up right from the very beginning.
With this approach, we’re able to focus entirely on the services required to manage your property. Unlike most real estate agencies, we’re set up to do one thing well – property management. This is where our heart is!

“Surely, that can’t be right”, I thought. I couldn’t agree with him. He may have been stating the obvious, but it was – and still is – hard to digest. But with my past experiences and local knowledge, I know that he was not far from the truth. Good property managers are a rare breed. Not extinct, but certainly rare.
Home property management was once a revered and well-regarded industry. However, recent trends of quick fixes and short-term outlooks have made it less than trustworthy.

I have entered the Property Management industry with a challenge: to redefine the norm for customer satisfaction. I don’t like to admit it, but somehow that real estate agent inspired me.

Our property management service covers most of the Greater Brisbane Area. All of Brisbane, Logan, and Redland Bay and parts of Gold Coast and Ipswich are covered. Our service covers areas as far as the Coomera river to the south and North Lakes to the north.
Becoming the go-to choice for property management in South East Queensland is our goal. We readily serve the entire region to build our presence and take a step closer to achieving this goal.
Orange Maple’s main office is located in 433 Logan Road, Greenslopes, QLD 4120 providing us a good, central location in Brisbane while offering easy access to major motorways & arterial roads that lead to all the areas we cover. Our location also holds a virtual office with full secretarial services, ensuring our ability to process any requests during office hours.
